Jenny Johnstone An Introduction to EmoTrance EmoTrance is a cutting-edge energy therapy developed in 2002 by Sylvia Hartmann PhD, a researcher and author of many books on EFT and energy work. It works on the premise that negative emotions are the result of blockages in the processing of energy by the energy body and that, by working directly on the energy body to restore even flow, the disruptive emotions will disappear? and they do! It is amazing how simple and effective and gentle it is! This is a technique that anyone can do for themselves and the possibilities are very exciting ? As well as being an EmoTrance practitioner and trainer, Jenny Johnstone has been a practicing psychotherapist for over eight years. Her main interest is in energy therapies as she believes that these bring clients the fastest relief from their problems and free them from their negative experiences and programming so that they are able to create the lives that they want for themselves. |

The Magic of Labyrinths: Heather Upton What is a labyrinth? How does it differ form a maze? Why are people around the world today embracing a symbol that is thousands of years old? The labyrinth is a metaphor for your journey through life. It prompts us to think about the way we choose to travel that path. We will be drawing our own small-scale Seven Circuit Labyrinths and finger-walking though them. We can then use our labyrinth as a form of meditation to relax and release stress, to stimulate creative thinking and to create a stillness in which you can hear the whisper of your intuition. Heather Upton is a Reiki master / teacher and crystal healer who is fascinated by the spiritual significance of the labyrinth and the relevance of this age-old concept to life in the twenty-first century. |

Theta Healing Also known as Theta DNA Healing, Theta Healing is a simple and incredibly effective healing technique. It combines science and spirituality and yet is extremely practical and pragmatic in its application. It was developed by naturopath and medical intuitive and healer, Vianna Stibal, who created a model of what she instinctively did when healing her clients and then refined it over a period of years to give us the technique we have today. The process involves entering a Theta brainwave state in which it is possible to connect to the Source energy and change in an instant thought patterns that might have been held for years or even generations. |
